Dato’ Dr. R.A. Huzaifah bin Dato’ R.H. Hashim is a prominent
socio-cultural activist in the Nusantara Malay world, hailing from Bukit Baru, Melaka. Born on September 14, 1974, he serves as the Founder & Chairman of the Akademi Perantara (Perantara Academy of Martial & Cultural Arts), headquartered at the Dewan Raja Haji Fisabilillah, Dataran Mat Riau, Bukit Baru, Melaka. The academy serves as a hub dedicated to preserving various elements of Malay cultural heritage and arts.
As of 2024, he holds positions in various socio-cultural organizations, including:
1. Board of Directors and Chairman of the Special Task Bureau at the Malay & Islamic World Secretariat (Sekretariat Dunia Melayu Dunia Islam @ DMDI) based in Melaka.
2. Dean, Faculty of Socio-Culture & Heritage at Research Institute for Standards In Islam (RISIS).
3. Vice-Chancellor of IAEWP Malaysia (Int’l. Association of Educators for World Peace).

He holds a Doctorate of Excellence (Social) from Young Scientists University, USA (2017), with a dissertation titled “Socio-Cultural Adaptation and Hegemony – The Influence of Bugis-Luwu Royalties In Political Legitimacy of Malay States.” Additionally, he possesses an MBA from Southern States University USA (2008), a BBA from Mahkota College, Boston University USA (1998), and three Diplomas in Computer Science (NCC UK), Islamic Studies and Arabic Language (KPTI Malaysia), and Martial Arts Management (JPK Malaysia). Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at an international institution.
